Workers searching for an employer often have different requirements than other workers who are looking for income. They tend to research the employer, their benefits, compensation pacakges and job role. They might do a few practice commutes to work before they inquire further about working there and attempt to discover what some of the reasons are for a person getting fired from their potential employer.

This is a much different job search, and employer placement. They get dressed very carefully on the day of the interview and might have practice questions they rehearse based on everything they've heard about the employer. There of course may be other questions and there normally are but these are the main ones that they could come up with that are part of their probable job. They'll drive away from the interview more curious about the job then before they interviewed and then wait for an answer. Its kind of rude to search for a new employer while the current application is still pending.

Once selected for the job role, and settling in to work, there will be many questions to ask. Training will provide some of the answers but the supervisor will be required so that they can ensure they do a good job for the employer. They do not want to get fired after only a few days, or even within less than 1 year.

These type of workers are difficult to come by recently. Although it may seem that everyone approaches the job role similarly to them, they'd be surprised to learn that for a lot of workers, the main driver in searching for an employer is income, not necessarily a place to work and spend most of their time throughout the day.

While they do speak up for themselves and care about pay, they don't want to make less money than others doing the same work, their main driver is workplace. They know that jobs come with days off, an insurance card, benefits, and possibly bonuses. It seems all jobs seem to have that, and they normally plan on staying with an employer for at least a few years. Not too many people stay at one place forever anymore. Their next job will be just as tedious, and painstakingly difficult to search through the jobs lists and find an employer to interview with.

These workers are normally valued at big corporations. They can get lost in all the busy work the workplace has to offer. There are learning opportunities and workers can often call a meeting without a manager present and not worry too much about getting behind on their work. Recently, with the increase in small businesses, they are looking for at least a medium enterprise to work with because they are seen as more stable and willing to have longer term workers that understand the rotating workers that are available.

Full Time Worker Concepts

A lot of full time workers do project based work but spend more than 15 hours per week meeting their living expenses and extra money to go out with friends. They may work 25-32 hours per week, do their own accounting, and are able to participate in marketing programs or have job lists. They are sometimes college educated with a degree of knowledge in a certain topic. Others have a high school diploma and participate in a family business or started something completely new.

Because government policy between 2000 and 2016 focused on independent work, small businesses, and temporary full time employment of 1-2 years. Many people with resumes have job gaps. They go to employers for 6 months to 1 year and do what they're told so they can pay rent and save money for independent work or so they can pay rent and purchase equipment for an upcoming program.

Time off is random throughout the year. Not necessarily when its a specific holiday but more when they are tired or don't feel like working. This can add up to 30-45 days per year on average and can last from a few days to 2-3 weeks each time they take time off. As more immigrants have come into the U.S. this is the preferred work style if they get to chose. Full time work at an employer, or workplace, is viewed as more of a management job that is being taken over by computers. They see that, they will never be able to get rid of the managers and that's probably what the IT workers are for. To manage the computers eventually.

They also see that those on work rotations can provide time off for spending with family by completing a stop work request and applying for a new job in 6 months to 2 years. Since these jobs are always available and lines of people are always applying they see this as ethical and as a normal part of human evolution. They're usually not aware of contexts of mortages, pensions, and retirement accounts from the 1930s. Most people rent and the government helps out when they are in between jobs. The ethics helps ensure that human essentials are available in the markets, so some people can not fill out a stop work request when they need their rest period, but ethically, others will get in line to help out with the organizational needs.

Processing the Work Data

Concepts from the Civil Rights era are mostly left to job developers. They help prepare the worker for interview regarding the job description and the parts of the job they can not do. They have to let the employer know that before they are hired so they do not lose their job unexpectedly, usually for lack of performance. While they no longer request accomodations for workers, even if they are available on occasion, they are available to email about a work profile or possible work profile. A lot of things are covered by privacy rights, so they are often limited in the information they can provide. Most questions will result in a yes or no answer.

These concepts include

  • ADA waivers
  • Minority Applications - hire the workers that need jobs
  • College Preference - hire based on performance
  • Women - pay based on performance, willing to accept additional training.
  • Minors - a lot of them can perform at an adult level. Consider the standard level of complexity for the English language is 10th grade and that Civics and Math are normally at the 6th to 9th grade level in the U.S. Pre-algebra for example is 4th grade to 7th grade math on average. It repeats in high school to complete a 4 year academic study. They can normally work 12 hours a week until age 16.

Because work places are more private about the workers lives and based on a standardized performance, most questions on accomodation, disability, pay rates, school, or training will be with the job developers. The employer rarely has to participate, they can go there by themselves to ask about goals and variances in their work environment and their work desires.

People that are switching jobs every 2-3 years still tend to do a good job and lots of people have never returned to the same employer after 20-30 years. A large proportion have never duplicated an industry in their work profile. Some refer to working full time as having the same job role across multiple projects or having less than 5 related job roles across all of their projects.

There are still people looking for workplaces and interesed in a long term employer, these people are willing to work their way up to a management role or to work their way up to an expert worker performance. Their average desired time per employer is at least 10-15 years. Some would also like to stay in the same industry if they have to change employers after some time. This is becoming a more difficult type of worker to find.
