Government Instigation

A lot of governments don't get along or are neutral towards other governments. The United States for example indicated that they had no allies left in Europe or Asia in 2017. While these governments were highly unlikely to attack the U.S. or discontinue business with them, they were also highly unlikely to help the U.S. in any of its foreign conflicts. They simply didn't care, it doesn't affect them, or their countries can be negatively impacted by helping the U.S.

This required a lot of mediation, and most countries requested U.S. forces to abandon their military bases and return home. Their services weren't needed and they would not assist if their bases were attacked due to instigation of the local population or surrounding countries militaries that the United States considered their enemies.

In the civilian world, this changed the context of government work in the U.S. Its just a job, not much different than any other job, they have specific rules to follow, and they are not allowed to harass or instigate the population in other countries or in the U.S. as well.

Religious Harassment

This can be summarized by the government worker seeing their religion as the only correct form of existence for the whole human gene pool. While this might seem relevant in the places they grew up or near their parents household, they are required to examine situations under the context of the law and not under the context of their religion. A conflict of interest in governance that results in their religious observations superseding the actual law or will of the people, may result in disciplinary action. In the U.S. they would be facing a 1st amendment grievance.

Some of the most noticeable traits of governance through a personal religion over the last 15 years have included numerology which is especially harmful to computer systems. With this conduct, the government worker resorts to "computer hacking" to make sure all the numbers on the computer are "good numbers" and that all of the "bad numbers" are purged from the system. This results in a high level of computer errors that affect the economy, time schedules, and birthing cycles. It can also affect food cycles and sleep or rest algorithms in humans.

Another noticeable trait of governance through personal beliefs is "prevention of sexual expression" to the point where the government policies resemble non-consensual eugenics programs. When combined with "no abortion laws" and absence of laws on "non consensual sexual interactions". The population is often duressed at having to breed into a gene group they are not familiar with, comfortable with, or consenting with and they have no choice to continue their traditions. On average, modern gene groups have been established over the last 500-600 years, 200-300 years, or they are over 1000 years old. Minority gene groups that began in the 1940s are often forwarded to the military for further processing. They often have behaviors that are incompatible with large gene groups without modification and are not understanding about requirements for donation of a gene pool.

Economic Detention

The person with all of the money makes all of the rules seems like a policy from the 5th century. Many governments are able to run their economies with government making the least amount of money. In order to survive comfortably in an area, a person would need to make double what they government worker makes. They often don't pay rent or mortgage and may have free food cards. The money they do have goes mostly to savings and occasional entertainment if they have any hobbies besides going home and watching television after work and on the weekends. They often don't donate or participate in charity, they refer people to the government programs at their workplace.

In contrast, free market, open market, and business oriented economies have a few things in common. The first goal is for a worker to understand the concept of rent, food, utilities. These aren't free. For a US Worker, it may cost $20k a year just to have a small apartment and food each month to stay home and not get sick. This might cost £12k to £15k in London for the same thing.

From there people need to have money for clothes, shoes, going out on the weekend, and buying electronics like phones, headphones, tablets, printer, watches, and glasses. There are also consoles, tvs, computers, and tablets. While some of these expenses can last 3-5 years, budgets will vary and 1-2 years is more representative of electronic upgrades or add ons with full system replacement at the 5-8 year time span. Before people have money for mortgages, savings, or retirement; there are trips during time off from work. Events, and money for additional clothing, incidentals, and spending money are also needed.

While there may be $12k to $25k in a checking account, this is normally short term spending money. It may not even cover the rent for 90 days of time off from work when the economy gets going. This is a policy area that has been asked to change so people can take 6 months off from work throughout their lifetime.

Many people do not own vehicles, the insurance policy is too complicated. Considering that a person working on the internet may drive their vehicle less than 1,000 miles per year. It makes more sense to rent. Consider that a new vehicle averages $400/mo plus insurance and is on average a 3-5 year loan plus down payment. Renting costs less than $1200 to $1500 per year and people report less instances of accidents.

Economic detention is when the government worker fails to account for all these factors in their suggested job offers, time schedules including commute time, and educational requirements in jobs that allow the pursuit of happiness. Most people dont consider work, their life essence.

The pursuit of happiness may be referred to as flourishing, eudomonia, or self sufficiency in other areas.

Taxation Policies

Globally, taxation is considered an antiquated policy. Most governments are going away from taxation and towards accounting for the money they print only. Self sufficient governments are considered those which only have to print money for their own needs and its often very seldom. When they print too much money, the people see them as needy and may overcharge for services to see what the intent of their expenditures are. When they print less money, they are seen as reasonable, and people are willing to negotiate for their services and time, refer them to someone else, or to be honest about those types of services not being offered in the area.

In places that do still have taxation policies, its often for statistical purposes in gauging the economy. The documents are often shredded or discarded after a short period of time. There is no penalty or jail time for tax document dishonesty. The government knows how much money it prints, and most economic systems are electronic. They can tap into the system and have a computer algorithms generate a report of what the economy is doing. Depending on the workers and area, this can be more or less efficient than economic voting, it can be considered unethical, or it can be considered efficient and necessary, especially when they don't keep the data for very long, and its only used to understand how much money needs to be printed or if the printing can take a break for some time.

Taxation is most often viewed as time commitments or deprivation. Having to work 40-50 hours per week and not being able to take time off or start a family is viewed as a form of taxation. People understand breeding behaviors and overpopulation. Its not viewed as necessary to keep everyone tied up at work for the entirety of their lives. School can be viewed as a pass time or as a time commitment. If people are in school, they still need money for rent, food, and utilities. Requiring school and not providing basic necessities somehow is viewed as a form of taxation.

When looking for a job; educational, certification, licensing, and retraining or continuing education requirements are viewed as a form of taxation. More efficiently, it might take a person 1-2 months to self study for a new job and to then complete 6 months of on the job training or to take 1-2 semesters of school to switch jobs. Anything beyond this is viewed as a form of taxation. Being able to communicate at the high school graduate or bachelor level is viewed as reasonable, it only needs to be completed once and most people will take different amounts of time to complete the requirement.

Charity, Volunteer, Donations, and Internships

Internships are viewed as on the job learning. The intern is not necessarily working and its not viewed much differently than a classroom. The employers are often making accommodations for the intern because the job role or workplace functions as a whole. They can go learn on the job at one of the workplaces.

Paid internships, are a combination of internships and entry level paid training. The intern may not be confident enough to do the entry level paid training, or they may have too much school left to consider it, but they likely won't learn much from the internship. It gives them a way to participate in the internship program.

Volunteer Work, is in decline and is viewed as an economic injury. Organizations that function on volunteers have been asked to seek Congressional funding or to start a business. In the meantime, some businesses will allow up to 5 days during the year to volunteer somewhere and get paid at work. This is on top of paid time off and other benefits. Most organizations don't offer this opportunity and dont plan to. In the past, this helped potential organizations gather time requirements and do payroll and equipment estimates. Today, they are often required to keep track of time and to pay out the volunteers after 1-2 years at least at the minimum wage level. Most volunteers have requested much more than that, at least $20/hr. Volunteer organizations are in decline and most people don't plan on volunteering. They would rather do on the job training or go to school.

Charity is a religious context for some people. However, the world has been getting less poor and less violent for 35 years now. Even in least developed nations, they are building electrical grids with renewable energy such as solar panels, wind turbines, or alternates and studying engineering. Their agriculture is engineering focused, and their habitat designs have engineering concepts woven into them. They are not working their way up from the hunter gather era through every phase of humanity to achieve modernism.

This gives charities, less places to operate. There just isn't a need. While some charities continue to pursue places in need of abundant help, others have set their organizations as not currently operating or inactive. They often maintain their records and curate historical archives.

Donations are considered a risk for many people. Organizations that use donations as a form of funding for their organizations have been asked to seek congressional funding instead. People that donate, have been asked to work on their personal budgets instead. This has caused a few organizations to occasionally go out seeking donations. They often complain, its no longer enough to sustain their organizations but they cant really prod people to donate money they dont have.

Tips - While these are normally considered gratuity and not a way to help the owner pay wages, most workers have requested higher wages and an economist or accounting firm to help the owners set better pricing models. Tips will normally only be seen at sit down restaurants. They are normally 10% to 15% at fast restaurants with meal times of less than 30 minutes and no more than 1 hour on the weekend; and 18% to 25% at nicer restaurants with sit down times of 45 minutes to 1.5 hours and no more than 2 hours. Hotels have an optional $5 tip that is left on the last day of the stay with a thank you note. The workers often appreciate the thank you note more than the $5.

Food Waste

The more food people throw away, the less food the Earth produces, restaurants have been going away from large to extra large plates and toward small and medium size portions for some time. Cook books, have been asked to be assessed for "half your portions and use left overs". Overall, humans do not need to eat 3 meals or day or from all sections of the food groups or pyramid sections daily. A normal human varies their diet throughout the month, eats small to medium portions, fills in with snacks, and may be practicing going 16 to 24 hours without food throughout the year.

Modern Food Patterns
  • 2 meals a day, 11AM to 1PM and 6PM to 8PM
  • 20-40 oz of water and small snacks, hors d'oeuvres size
  • 2-3 and no more than 3-4 small bowls of food per day (12-16oz)
  • 64-80 oz of liquids (mostly vitamin water) plus small snacks, less than 1/4 to 1/2 lb of food per day.

This is an ongoing and long term change in human development including eating more vegan and vegetarian diets globally.

Government Services

The government is normally expected to be privacy oriented, aware of human development statistics, and open to appointments to discuss contexts that are outside of human development norms and need special assistance. Most people aren't going to vote that they be denied funding because their behavior is outside the majority but it may take some time, 1-2 years average, to develop a program for them and to estimate their lifetime need of additional services to make them more independent. There may not be anyone available to help them right away, because of privacy laws, the interview process to find the right person, might take some time. Not everyone is comfortable with examining somebody elses need or learning about new contexts they aren't yet aware of.

Government workers are expected to be up to date on economic requirements, transportation costs, housing and food expenses, and entertainment budgets. These have priority over long term savings, mortgages, and retirement accounts. Nobody believes or expects that government pays for payroll and equipment from taxes. The US government is expected to modernize and comply with uniform and proportionate taxation. They are requested to not bother people about their religion or non illegal conduct, to respect the peoples privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their home, and to be aware of economic requirements that are changing that may require they print more money or make adjustments.

Social workers have also been asked to focus less on fraud behaviors for welfare recipients and to consider that certain behaviors such as pathology may in fact be a disability that needs to be treated. This may include notice of how other population groups may react to their behaviors and what their rights would be if their behaviors were to be confronted.

It goes without saying that not being aware of how the government is expected work, what its requirements are, or how the people expect them to govern, can result in a government instigation.
