Defining Rape in Human Environments

Since the year 2000, the US Gene Pool has gone through major rehabililation that begun in 1995 with the Bill Clinton Welfare Reforms. This has caused families to be separated over the past 25 years to examine gene expression. The government accomplished this through housing policies, work availability that is often away from family, and college programs that provide incentives to live away from family or to leave the area where a person was raised once they graduate.

The result is that sexual expression is very different than in the 1960s, 1990s, or even in the early 2000s. Most people are not open to sleeping around or to be sex trafficked in their communities by people obsessed with simple human gender features such as the size of genitalia, breast, or buttocks. For example, agreeing to be in a relationship and introducing a partner when the introduction causes duress and discomfort can be considered rape. This includes all types of sexual expressions including bi-sexual, single gender sexual, and opposite gender sexual.

Taking the diagnosis a bit further, the expression in the US gene pool is highly constitutional, even in a relationship. This includes notice, the right to be heard, and good conduct in relationships. Someone that surprises someone with another mate and causes them duress for multi-partner participation is considered to have done so without notice and without consent. It is considered rape for all genders.

Other rape expressions include what is known as "cock blocking", meaning that a person is prevented from asking about or pursuing the intimate mates that they desire. Both the person being pursued and the person being "cock blocked" consider it rape when a person is prevented from pursuing a conversation with an interested party and another person jumps in for the sake of "competition", harassment, belittlement, or aggression.

This is different from multiple people having an interest in someone and approaching them separately and without interaction of other interested parties or approaching them together as a potential relationship group. The reason its viewed different is that this scenario provides notice, an opportunity to be heard, and a decision period of more than a few minutes to a few hours.

Voyeurism is also considered rape expression when the person being observed is a non consenting party. Additional to the rape expressions, this violates bedroom privacy rights and is a deterioration to pre 1995 gene pool expression in the United States.

Any type of hostile activity towards a persons preferred sexual expression can be considered a form of rape behavior in the offending party or an aggression which often leads to conflict, especially in areas where government sizes are getting smaller or they have been asked to not interact with the population without a report or request for assistance. While many government workers feel anxiety over being "shunned", they often can not interact with the population outside of specific venues for their own privacy rights and due to conduct requirements in work environments.

Aggression towards someones sexual expression or lack of desire for a certain expression can lead to psychological distress and onset mental illness.

Expectations in Human Habitats

Considering that half of U.S. Workers are now college educated, the expectations for dating resemble a court procedure or approval process. Many people who are looking for dates "apply" to certain areas. They don't necessarily post an online profile or pay for a subscription. This can help with finding similar gene expressions or alternate gene expressions but rarely do people actually date through an online dating app when compared to people that browse and delete their account.

Most people still prefer offline interactions for finding dates, looking for dates, applying to dating or single areas, and for providing notice of no longer being available for further dates.

This makes the online dating environment temporary or intermittent. A lot of people may use their online profiles for activities other than dating afterward. Others, delete their profiles and create new ones as needed. They expect the online companies to comply with data delete requests of electronic records and to not keep their data long term.

Offline, people expect brief and honest interviews. They are not looking for a background check from issuance of a birth certificate. How long has it been is more important than how many partners. The second most important question is regarding any transmittable infections, followed by risk behaviors.

These brief interviews are part of the consent process and there is very limited sharing between interested parties. They said yes or no, is somewhat acceptable to most people, often when more then one person is interested in a specific party, they are asked to interview them themselves. Obviously, a lot of people don't know each other very well but there are some assumptions that are fairly accurate about most dating areas. If someone ends up in a dating area they do not feel comfortable with they are asked to thank people for their time and decline future invitations but to also respect the privacy of those who do like that dating area.

Rape is viewed as a form of the following expression or behaviors when requesting sexual interaction

  • Psychological manipulation
  • Aggression causing duress or coercement
  • Dishonesty about a consent stipulation
  • Aggression and Forced sexual interaction
  • Non Consensual Voyeurism of the observed party

Often times there is no significant government in mostly adult areas so these reports go to someone in the dating population or there is a safety escort that stops by and asks questions about discomfort or questions regarding the dating rules. Often times, the person is no longer bothered after expressing disdain or the harassing person is asked to no longer interact with them and to avoid the areas where they are interacting if possible.

People expect questions, answers, consent and agreement in modern human habitats when interacting in dating environments.
